Reading Behavior as Research
With limited access to customer interviews, behavior became the primary source of insight. Navigation patterns, drop-offs, and page performance revealed where the experience was falling short.
Restructuring the Experience
Rather than optimizing individual pages, the focus shifted to the customer journey as a whole — improving navigation, content hierarchy, and product discovery.
Measuring Every Iteration
Design decisions were guided by performance metrics, allowing the experience to evolve through evidence rather than intuition.
